DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS

At JK Home & Gifts, we always endeavour to dispatch all goods so delivery can be made within the agreed time frame. However, we cannot be held responsible for external factors beyond our control that may affect delivery. Please allow up to a maximum of 28 working days for delivery.

At JK Home & Gifts, we make every effort to ensure products are shown as true to life as possible. However, information including images, product descriptions, specifications, and pricing can only be as accurate as your device allows. Customers ordering bespoke products, special items, or unsure about any detail are strongly encouraged to contact our team before ordering. Our friendly experts are available 5 days a week to answer questions—please make use of our Contact facilities if unsure.

We cannot guarantee a 100% colour match between website images and actual products. Graphics and display devices can create slight colour variations. The appearance of finished and unfinished doors or timber products may vary naturally and are not considered defects.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we may offer a like-for-like product of equal value as an alternative. You will be contacted first. If no suitable alternative is available, we will provide a full refund.

Many of our products are shipped directly from suppliers, and stock levels are regularly updated. To avoid disappointment, you can contact us before ordering, and we will check stock availability for you.

PRICING POLICY

All products on the JK Home & Gifts website are priced in pounds sterling, including UK VAT at the current rate, unless otherwise stated.

Despite our best efforts, some products may contain errors due to hand-pricing. If you notice incorrect information, please notify our team immediately.

The price confirmed in your order acknowledgment email is the amount charged, except in cases of obvious error.

• If the correct price is lower than displayed, you will be charged the lower amount.
• If the correct price is higher, we will contact you to pay the difference or cancel the order with a full refund.

Discount codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined with sale items or finance orders. For more information, please contact us.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Payments, or bank transfer (BACS). Do not email card details—we will never request them via email and are not responsible for unsecured details sent this way.

If an order is suspected to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to reject the order. Credit card and identity fraud is illegal and will be prosecuted.

INFORMATION REQUIRED TO PURCHASE

You must provide a mobile phone number, email, and home address to place an order. Correct contact details are essential, as we cannot be held responsible for missed communications or late payments caused by incorrect information.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Orders placed via credit/debit card are confirmed immediately. If you have made payment but have not received confirmation, contact us via phone or email at info@jkhomeandgifts.co.uk.

DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY

If goods have not arrived by the expected date, please contact us. Some items have longer delivery times, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Payment is debited when the order is placed successfully. Funds may take time to clear due to banking processes, but we will honour the order and dispatch according to lead times.

In the unlikely event that we cannot supply an item, you will receive a full refund, processed according to our Return & Refund policy.

Customers must register select details when purchasing online. This helps protect against fraudulent transactions and ensures a secure shopping experience.
